Atholls Building Surveyor Ross Murray is now an accredited Energy Certifier which allows him to produce Energy Performance Certificates for Non-Domestic Buildings in Scotland as a registered Non-Domestic Energy Certifier for level 3S and 4S buildings (which cover up to 95% of the UK's commercial building stock) on the BRE Global EPC Scotland Scheme.
A sister company of the Building Research Establishment, BRE Global is a well established independent approvals body offering certification of building related products and services. BRE is approved by the Building Standards Division of the Scottish Government, to operate an Energy Performance Certification Scheme (EPC) for Domestic and Non Domestic Buildings in Scotland.
