Successful official launch of Dundee Office

The Dundee office recently held a cocktail party attended by local professionals including solicitors and bankers at Discovery Point to mark almost a year in Business for Atholls in the City of discovery.

Atholls set up the office in Dundee at 6 Panmure Street to service both the residential and commercial property sectors in the North Fife, Perth and Kinross, Dundee and Tayside Areas.

Atholls are able to offer a full range of property advice including commercial and residential valuations, sale and lettings, residential and commercial property management and factoring, feasibility studies, development appraisals and contract and project management.

Through our consultancy agreement with Valunation, Atholls are also able to provide mortgage valuations acceptable to banks, building societies and other residential lenders.

The Partner in charge of the Dundee office is Brian Smith MRICS. Brian has many years experience both in private practice and local government within the area.
