Rating Valuations

Atholls commercial experts will carry out an evaluation and advise you regarding the likely rating liability for a new build property or extension. We will also provide reassurance when you are given a rating assessment as to its accuracy to ensure you are paying the correct amount and if necessary handle any appeal on your behalf.

Commercial property is revalued every five years with the next revaluation due in 2010. However, if you purchase or lease a property, you have a right of appeal within 6 months of taking occupation.
