Market Valuations

A market valuation will provide you with a clear understanding of the value of a commercial property. The valuation report highlights any potential issues with the property, the costs associated with these, and will provide an idea of what the ongoing running costs for the property may be. The report will also provide advice on what repairs are currently required and recommend any other specialist advice that should be obtained, for example, dry rot and electrical.

When will I need a market valuation?

If purchasing commercial property you will require a market valuation to raise the money required. If you are selling, a market valuation will give you an indication of the value before undertaking any marketing. You may also require a market valuation for accounts purposes to produce a comprehensive asset valuation to allow for the raising of finance or release of equity.
