If you are a landlord we will provide a considered opinion of the rental you can realistically expect when letting out your property for commercial use.

If you are a tenant we will provide advice and reassurance when you take occupation that the rental you are paying is fair and that you are getting value for money.

We will also highlight any additional costs you may incur as a result of repairs and maintenance which may be required immediately or in the future. This enables you to negotiate a deal which will reduce your liability and arrange for repairs to be undertaken either by the landlord or by yourself in exchange for a rent-free period. In addition to this it might be appropriate for a Schedule of Condition to be prepared.
