Schedule of Condition and Dilapidations

Atholls building surveying department, on behalf of a landlord or a tenant, will carry out an inspection and provide a comprehensive schedule of conditions at the beginning of a lease.

We will then return at the end of the lease period to evaluate dilapidations and provide a clear assessment of the condition of the building and provide an estimated value to re-instate the building to the condition it was in at the beginning of the lease.
