Jim has been a qualified surveyor for 40 years, in that time he has gained experience in a wide range of valuation tasks including statutory and Inland Revenue, rating valuation and private practice.

For some years he was the District Valuer, Scotland North. He is based in our Aberdeen office and specialises in commercial and residential valuations.
